What we collect
When you contact us or ask for a quote, we collect the details you choose to send: your name and contact details, information about your car and the damage, any photos you send, and your postcode or address so we can come to you.
Why we use it
Only to respond to your enquiry, give you a quote, arrange and carry out the repair, and take payment. We don’t use it for anything else, and we don’t sell it to anyone.
Who we share it with
No one, beyond what’s needed to do the job — for example, your card payment is handled securely by our card provider. We don’t pass your details to third parties for marketing.
How long we keep it
Only as long as we need it for your enquiry and our records, then we delete it.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the information we hold about you at any time. Just email [email protected].
