20 years, every marque,

I started Prestige Dent Solutions in 2006, but my hands have been on cars far longer than that. I was first shown paintless dent removal at AFN Porsche on Park Lane, then spent years as a full-time PDR technician, learning the craft under the master at Sidlow Group’s prep centre — where I took my City & Guilds and developed the attention to detail we’re known for.
Over 20+ years I’ve worked on everything from family runabouts to Porsches, Bentleys, Aston Martins and Ferraris, and I’ve been called on by major manufacturers — at home and across Europe — to repair hail-damaged cars at volume.
Today, Prestige Dent Solutions is more than just me. I’ve built a team of technicians I’ve trained to my standard, and I’m still on the tools alongside them. We treat every car that comes to us as if it were our own.

Metalwork runs in the family. My grandfather, Harry Welton, managed the wing-skin milling department at Vickers-Armstrongs in Weybridge — crafting wings for aircraft including the VC10 and Concorde.
